My specialty is leading individuals of all skill levels toward developing a daily personal yoga practice that will enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well being and aid them in renewal and restoration of body, mind, and spirit.
I work with individuals and small groups to aid them in developing a practice tailored to their personal needs, lifestyle, and abilities, instructing them in asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques that they can incorporate into a personal daily yoga exploration. In addition to my 200 hour RYT certification from Living Yoga Program in Austin, Texas, I have completed a 30 hour Yin Yoga teacher training with Practice Yoga Austin, and a 50 hour Yin Yoga teacher training and a 30 hour Pranayama teacher training with Ram Jain, Arhanta Yoga. I have maintained a daily personal yoga practice for 12 years, and I have been teaching for 6 years. When asked if I teach yoga classes, my answer is always, "I teach students, not classes." I am available and willing to help you begin your personal yoga practice to promote healing, physical and mental health, and overall well-being.
