Rachael Lary has been a yoga enthusiast for the better part of her life She began practicing at fifteen and by twenty-one shed completed her first hour training and was teaching Baptiste Power Vinyasa  In she continued her education in Rishikesh India where she received her hour YTT with a special focus on Hatha and Ashtanga “Yoga primes my spirit grounds my mind and brings me back to my true nature” Rachael explains Its her goal as a teacher to empower students so they may leave their mats having experienced a physical and mental transformationRachaels classes encourage length flexibility and opening in the body while promoting strong and connected asanas “When we are grounded in our minds and flourishing in spirit we discover peace and realize we are perfect just as we are” Rachael became an YACEP® in and began sharing her knowledge with aspiring teachers  “Im passionate about yoga because it applies to everyone and it works Im honored to share the practice and help others find their teaching voice” She is now an E-RYT®  As the years have evolved so has her teaching In September Rachael gave birth to her first daughter Elena With the changes in her body she began to slow down her personal practice and dive deeper into mindfulness and the philosophy of yoga Shes excited to apply the tools yoga has instilled as she embarks on the journey of motherhood as well as continue to bring new perspectives into her classes.
