Rae brings mindful attention to physical alignment and breath into both still poses and innovative flows. They combine depth, precision, and kindness with levity and humor, peppered with frequent reminders for students to follow their own wisdom throughout practice. Rae's training includes a 200-hour Anusara Yoga program, Paul Grilley's Yin Yoga training, studies with Iyengar and Pranayama teacher Richard Rosen, studies with Dayan Qigong master, Dr. Bingkun Hu, and a Reiki mastership.
