I am a RYT 200 Yoga Teacher and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
I love to combine the benefits of yoga with the mental health knowledge I have to help clients in the best way possible. I specialize in: anxiety, HSPs, perfectionism and sex therapy. Yoga is my way to relax, calm my mind, and be in the present moment, especially with gentle yoga. I can't wait to share this all with you!
