Rachel Insel is a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She works with pregnant women and new moms with babies, as well as seniors, both in seated "chair" postures and ambulatory/standing shapes. Rachel also teaches mixed level Vinyasa flow in a variety of environments, and is an instructor in federal prison through the Prison Yoga + Meditation program, based in Los Angeles.
