About
I have been teaching and managing yoga studios for almost ten years - with not only thousands of in studio hours teaching classes, but experience leading several 200 Hour YA certified trainings.
I have also led Continuing Education courses, different formats such as Hatha and Yin certifications, and understand how to run a studio while leading an effective, inspiring training. My goal is for my students to feel connected, empower to teach, while also feeling the deep connection and respect for this ancient lineage that is an ongoing lifestyle to practice. I also teach fitness classes and love to encourage my students to mix it up. I want to share the profound effects beyond the mat this practice has done for me with as many students as possible - offering a community and safe space to work on our physical and spiritual growth. My journey continues as I recently am finishing up my two year program as a Yoga Therapist - which I will actually extend to get a Master's in Integral Health specializing in Yoga Therapy. I have specialized training in areas such as Yoga for Autism and Special Needs, Yoga for Recovery, Yoga for Cardiac Health, 'Brain on Yoga', iRest, Ayurveda in Yoga Therapy, Advanced Anatomy, and Chair Yoga.OFFERINGS:Private or semi-private sessions. Individual one on one work based on the needs of the client, and available to make house calls and support the needs of my clients in the comfort of their very own space. Feel free to email me to set up a consultation or find out more about my offerings.
