Hello there : My name is Opal and I have been teaching yoga for over a year now my background is in contemporary dance and ever since leaving college I have fallen in love with the practice and philosophy of yoga I am so deeply grateful to be able to offer my knowledge to those seeking transformation and health from within I have experience teaching trauma informed yoga in both the chair and on the mat it is an honor and a responsibility to make people feel comfortable in my classes and ensure that they have the freedom to make choices which honor their bodies I love to teach intentional slow paced classes where students have the right to determine what their bodies need in the moment Yoga has truly transformed my life inside and out I cannot wait to see where this practice will take me next.
