She has a 200hr Radiant Sutras Meditation Certificate (Loren Roche and Camille Maurine). She graduated with a BS in Health Education and a BS in Respiratory Therapy which she incorporates into her Yoga Classes and Retreats. Raelene's Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Gentle Yoga classes are guided through alignment as well as meditation. Her intention is for her students to realign with their heart center as well as increase mobility and flexibility in a serene setting. Raelene teaches that nurturing the flows of life and observing stillness in nature are the essentials of Yoga.
