I am dedicated to creating a nurturing, meditative, and safe environment to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit for yogis of all levels. I have been practicing yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2020. My favorite styles are Kundalini, Meditative Flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
