I found yoga, or should I say yoga found me in 2017. I have been practicing Yoga at home for some years now and encourage others to do the same. I finally decided to get a certification to teach yoga. and i accomplished that in 2022. Now... where would I (a woman of color) teach yoga lol in my home, online, or privately if requested. I believe in the healing power of yoga. Yoga has the ability to transform, carry and teach a person through some of the most difficult times in their lives. It will help you find you within your body and in your mind and spirit. You cannot impact one without impacting the others. They all go hand in had. it has helped my through the depression and trauma of covid-19. which has fueled me even more to work on becoming a better teacher and to enhance my skill set in order to be able to help others. I'm currently taking a course to become certified in Trauma Informed Yoga. and working on my 300hr tt so I cam become a 500hr ryt I'm looking forward to this journey and where it will take me.
