Ramona Delgado

In 2021 Mona completed a year intensive 500 hour training with YogaUOnline . Mona is currently guiding chair yoga students in Red Bud Illinois at St Peters UCC and mat yoga on zoom. She has guided both chair and mat yoga with The Healthy Circle at the Red Bud Hospital and has guided yoga at Jens Gym in New Athens, IL and taught chair yoga classes at Uptown Yoga in Waterloo, Illinois. Mona also guided classes at The Phoenix Holistic Wellness in Red Bud Illinois for several years. She gualified as a registered Yoga to Grow teacher. She completed 95 hours intensive training April 2020. Curriculum included general background in the specialty area of children’s yoga, techniques and practice teaching methodology anatomy and physiology. Yoga philosophy and ethics, practicing and observation. Mona has also guided yoga on a volunteer basis at an assisted living facility and to both teachers and students at a local grade school. Mona has practiced yoga in Seattle and San Francisco since 2009. Mona is offering kid yoga classes at the Red Bud YMCA. She currently resides in Southern Illinois.
