Namaste You can currently find me teaching at Flagstaffs modern and full-sensory YogaSix studio where I teach both a beginner-friendly heated vinyasa-style class as well as a calming restorative class full of long holds and deep stretches I began teaching yoga in after more than a decade of practice and throughout my yoga teaching career Ive taught a variety of class styles ranging from power vinyasa to restorative yin Ive completed teacher trainings here in the United States as well as in Rishikesh India and I enjoy cultivating friendships and relationships at whatever studio I land in The community aspect of yoga is some thats truly important to me and I aspire to make every student feel at home in their practice and at their studio See you on your mat soon!.
