I have been practicing and leading yoga sessions for the local community since 2009.
I have learned yoga from several teachers and schools and offer a blend of styles that has evolved in response to the needs and feedback from my community of practitioners. My approach is based on yoga as the blueprint for the evolution of human consciousness. Our daily practice is augmented by discussions on 1. Principles of a yogic diet 2. Managing your mental and emotional wellbeing and managing stress; 3. Introduction to meditation techniques. 4. Patanjali" yoga sutras 5. Isa Upanishad I have completed certification to focus more holistically on my teaching and practice. All sessions I offer now are group practice via Zoom. Each class typically has 20-30 students. Any personalized feedback or coaching is offered after the class on a 1:1 basis. My career has been in the corporate world in the field of Leadership and Organizational development. I am working on integrating the philosophy and techniques of yoga into leadership and personal development.
