I teach Hatha/Vinyasa.
Breath awareness, breath training, breathwork, and meditation are essential parts of my practice and teaching. My foundation is Hatha informed by the tantric tradition of the Sri Vidya lineage of the Himalayan Masters. Before that, I started my journey teaching an adapted style of Kundalini Yoga by building sequences with progression to promote optimal transitions and a grounding experience.
