Raquel Nweze is a Houston based, 500 hr experienced yoga instructor, teacher trainer, and full spectrum doula.
She was first introduced to yoga while studying Accounting at the University of Houston and was immediately drawn to the breath and spiritual movement of the practice. Since then she has completed over 1,200 hrs in continuing education to support her journey as a teacher. Raquel’s classes are challenging yet harmonious, inspired by a mix of styles that she has practiced and studied. Community service is near to her heart and it is through yoga that has given her access to a community bigger than she ever imagined. She also owns an accounting business with her husband that supports yoga teachers, nonprofits and small businesses.
