She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and leads both 200-hour and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, as well as advanced continuing education programs and specialty certifications.Raquel is the founder of Free Spirits Yoga in New York and the original co-creator of the first Yoga Wheel, now rebranded as the Aura Yoga Wheel. She leads comprehensive Yoga Wheel Teacher Trainings, inversion intensives, aerial yoga trainings, and sound healing facilitator trainings, equipping teachers with both technical skill and embodied confidence.Her teaching specialties include vinyasa, yin yoga, hot 26, aerial yoga, and yoga wheel methodology. Her training programs integrate functional anatomy, strength and mobility development, breathwork, subtle body awareness, and nervous system regulation.In addition to her yoga credentials, Raquel is an acupuncture practitioner and incorporates principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine into her educational approach.
