Raschel is a C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500, Sound Healer, and Reiki Master based in San Diego.
She began practicing yoga in the early 1990s and has trained extensively in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Restorative, iRest, and Yoga Nidra. Her passion for healing deepened after a car accident in 2012, where yoga became central to her recovery and inspired her to teach. With additional studies in pranayama, wall yoga, aerial, and yoga therapy, Raschel integrates ancient wisdom with modern healing practices. She assists Judith Hanson Lasater in Restorative trainings, leads global retreats, and creates soulful spaces for transformation, rest, and self-discovery.
