I studied ballet at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Russia As part of my ballet training I learned Pilates and started teaching the Pilates Reformer in I went on to study Foreign Language and Psychology in college and studied International Affairs in graduate school Searching for relief from athletic injuries I found yoga practice and started teaching Hatha yoga in Continuing yoga practice and education I became a Certified Bikram Yoga Teacher and worked as Teacher Training Staff at International Headquarters in I became a Certified Childrens Yoga Teacher in and am also a RYT I am a three-time regional Yoga Asana Champion and a Coach and Judge for International Yoga Sports Federation I created the Deadly Viper Squad advanced yoga asana demo team and lead “For Women By Women” yoga workshops I was voted Best Yoga Teacher of DC for - by CityPaper! I enjoy sharing the journey of yoga Its never too late to begin!.
