You can find me most mornings on my mat! I teach an all level breath-oriented Vinyasa flow.
We break down all postures and have a lot of fun! My style is “ALL are welcome” focusing on proper body alignment and position as I thoroughly explain anatomic placement and breathing technique. My hope is that you leave my class feeling energized and with a smile on your face. I cant think of a better way to start the day! I remain curious to explore and deepen my personal practice as well as inspire those I guide. Always a student, I crave to learn new ways to embrace and enrich fresh technique into the practice. I am a firm believer that exercise/movement is health insurance every BODY can afford- all it takes is a step on the mat! When I’m off my mat I work as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in clinical cancer research. I enjoy walking/hiking and everything outdoors, spending time with my family and favorite people, and raising my son. I have a background in equestrian sports and am grateful for the discipline and dedication it instilled in me. I chose my yoga path due to a leg injury and truly appreciate and value all that I've learned and continue to learn on this journey.
