Rebecca Elliott (she/her) is an RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance.
Rebecca has been practicing Yogic philosophy and meditation for over 20 years, and has been teaching Yoga since 2017. Rebecca enjoys focusing on the mindful, as well as physical, aspects of Yoga. She teaches Gentle Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin, and she operates on YouTube and Facebook under the brand Firefly in the Willow Yoga. As Firefly in the Willow, Rebecca’s mission is to share yoga—lighting the world, one little leaf at a time.
