Rebecca is Simmons is a Level 1 Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
She teaches small semi-private classes out of her home studio in South Knoxville. In January she spent a month studying at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India. She takes weekly zoom classes with Abhijata and Prashant Iyengar and lives as a life long student of yoga. She became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance in 2014.
