Mom of wife yogi and a speech-language pathologist I work as a Therapist Manager for E-therapy where I combine my leadership skills with my passion for the field of speech language pathology all while maintaining a work/life balance I have been practicing yoga for over years and completed my training through Authentic Movements in August becoming a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance as RYT- I teach my love of yoga intertwined with my Christian faith through Yahweh Yoga a vinyasa flow with breath prayer as well as power yoga and mommy and me yoga classes.
