I am a mother yoga teacher part-time bartender and currently also a college student I enjoy my yoga practice and I love exploring other movement modalities as well I especially enjoy dancing and HIIT I love spending time with my boyfriend daughters and dogs in our backyard while we work in the garden or play in the splash pad We also frequent many state parks in Southeast Minnesota I love hiking swimming and fishing during the summer Though I very much enjoy teaching many styles of yoga asana my favorite is what I call Shakti Vibez It is inspired by kundalini vinyasa HIIT cardio and free movement and I consider it my most happy play time I teach at Sangha Yoga Studio in Austin Minnesota.
