Rebecca Aviva Van Horn

Ten years later, she gave it another shot—and fell in love. Today, Becca approaches yoga with a blend of curiosity, humor, humility, and a belief in the power of yoga to ground us when we feel untethered and to gently open that which has closed. She has never left a yoga class feeling less connected to herself or her community than when she arrived, and she hopes to leave students with the same sense of belonging, clarity, and delight in the infinite possibilities of mind and body. Becca is a 200-hour certified teacher based in Seacoast New Hampshire. She loves teaching all-level vinyasa flows, hesitant beginners, and creatives looking to escape perfectionism and reconnect with movement and play. Off the mat, you can find her adventuring with her dogs, writing and illustrating books for children, and hunting down the best ice cream in the land.
