We will move and stretch together; building your strength and flexibility from where you are today. Embrace the peace and balance within as you explore and build on your own practice. Experienced teaching class levels of Beginner Chair, Gentle Flow, Yin, Wheelchair/Adaptive Yoga, Senior Classes all with meditation embedded during class. I am also certified as a Reiki Master II. Rebecca Ward is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS)
