Rebekah Cummins

I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance having completed my 200 hr certification in 2018 from YoYo Yogi in Portland, Oregon. I'm also an experienced and licensed school counselor with my Master's in Education for School Counseling from Lewis & Clark College and a certified kids yoga teacher through Kidding Around Yoga. My passion lies in helping students recognize, understand, and manage their emotions. During my graduate program, I developed a curriculum teaching students about the brain, the physiological stress response in the body, and the importance of mental, emotional, and physical health.
