Bekah is dedicated to exploring and celebrating our personal and collective integration processes.
She has been guiding yoga since 2004 and is a 500 E-RYT with Yoga Alliance. With a BA in transpersonal psychology (2013) and MA in ecopsychology (2020), as well as more than two decades of earth-based education in ancient lineages and training in the western lens of astrology. She shares privately or in groups, virtual and in-person, leads yoga teacher trainings and retreats, facilitates wisdom circles, life passage ceremonies and planetary rituals. Through embodied movement, astrology, nature connection, intentional ritual and eclectic spiritual practices, Bekah offers guidance, presence and delight in re-membering soul purpose in our human homes. All bodies are welcome and sliding scale opportunities are always available.
