Hi there <3 My name is Regan Haley and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
I first started practicing yoga in 2011 and I began teaching yoga in February of 2023. Although I have always possessed a passion for movement and overall wellbeing, my understanding of the spiritual practice of yoga and what it means to live a "yogic lifestyle" has deepened immensely since becoming a yoga teacher. Outside of teaching yoga, I am a pelvic floor and pediatric Physiotherapist. I work with patients of all ages and all walks of life, however, my true love lies in working with moms and their babies to optimize wellbeing.
