She's a mother of 3, lover of the outdoors & most all things art/dance/expression. Having practiced as a licensed nurse and (currently) a licensed massage therapist, her style of teaching brings in elements of intelligent kinesiology, as well as encouragement to fall in love with one's spiritual practice on or off the mat. If her students leave a class feeling any combination of grounded, inspired, serene, invigorated, expansive, self attuned, or simply more comfortable in their own bodies, her goals would be fulfilled.
