As a theater kid, we often used yoga to warm up before class and I found myself wanting to spend longer and longer exploring the poses.
In college I started practicing more regularly and soon after graduating I found a studio that felt like home. After years of practicing at the studio, it occurred to me that this was more than a practice, it was a way of living that made me happier and more fulfilled. I am beyond excited to begin this journey as a teacher bringing others the empowerment and joy that yoga offers.
