Soy instructor de Yoga Registrado con 200 hrs de certificacion (RYT) en los estilos Hatha, Vinyasa y Tantra yoga. Actualmente me encuentro cursando mi entrenamiento de 300 hrs. Imparto clases en mi estudio de yoga Namaste Yoga Mexicali (www.namasteyogamexicali.com) a todo tipo de publico. Amo el yoga porque se ha convertido en un instrumento para conocerme mejor y esta filosofia me ha inspirado a ser util para los demas, esa es mi intencion, Namaste! :)
