Renny’s yoga journey has been quite a rollercoaster ride, mirroring her life as a whole..
With a nomadic heart and a desire for adventure, it is hard for her to stay on the same path for long. But something kept bringing her back to yoga, and eventually she found a permanent home on the mat… whether she is at a music festival, a foreign country, or in her parents’ backyard- the mat brings her necessary grounding, solace and lessons of life, acceptance and spirituality. She recently returned to her hometown of Birmingham, Alabama where she is teaching yoga and working on some inspiring retreats, offerings, and business plans to spread positivity and inspiration to the masses. Her teaching style can be described as empowering and thoughtful. Classes carry a ‘don’t take yourself so seriously’ vibe because, hey… Life is a grand adventure after all right- unwind and be kind to your mind J
