I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, having completed my yoga teacher training with Registered Yoga Schools (RYS).
I earned my 200-hour YTT from Akasha Yoga Academy and my 300-hour YTT from Renegade Yoga Institute, achieving my RYT 500 certification. Currently, I teach at Renegade Yoga Institute in Knoxville, TN, and Yoga Mix in Lenoir City, TN. My classes cater to various levels, including Power, Slow Power, Mixed Yin/Yang, Slow Flow, and Gentle yoga, accommodating students aged 16 to 82. Inspired by my deaf parents, I hope to expand my yoga community to include the deaf. I love how yoga fosters a sense of community and mutual love, bringing joy and well-being to everyone involved. I am dedicated to supporting and leading others on their healing paths, encouraging students to fully embrace their physical and spiritual selves. I believe in the importance of accepting where you are on your yoga journey, emphasizing that yoga is about the journey itself, not the destination. My classes weave together strength, flexibility, and mindfulness—one breath, one pose at a time.
