Rhonda Hart is a dedicated and compassionate yoga teacher whose teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in Judeo-Christian principles and values.
With a strong commitment to holistic wellness and spiritual growth, Rhonda believes in the transformative power of yoga to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Rhonda recently completed both a 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training program, becoming a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. These trainings provided her with a solid foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, and teaching methodology. Additionally, Rhonda obtained certification in Holy Yoga, a faith-based yoga practice that integrates Christian spirituality with traditional yoga practices. In her pursuit of offering a well-rounded approach to wellness, Rhonda completed certification in Yogalates, a fusion of yoga and Pilates principles aimed at promoting strength, flexibility, and core stability. She also obtained certification in Size-Inclusive, emphasizing the importance of inclusivity and body positivity in yoga practice. Currently, Rhonda is furthering her knowledge and skills by studying for certification in Mindfulness, SEL, &Trauma-Informed Yoga for Educators & Students. Recognizing the significance of creating safe and supportive environments for individuals who have experienced trauma, she has completed certification as a SEL, Mindfulness & Yoga Facilitator through Breath for Change, providing valuable professional development to schools and districts. In addition to her expertise in yoga, Rhonda is also a certified Pilates instructor, blending the principles of Pilates with yoga to offer a holistic approach to mind, body, and spiritual health. This integrated practice allows her to address physical strength, flexibility, and alignment, while also nurturing spiritual well-being. Furthermore, Rhonda holds a Master's degree in Human Relations with an emphasis in counseling and intrapersonal relationships, as well as a Doctorate in Education. This educational background informs her teaching approach, allowing her to provide compassionate support and guidance to her students on their wellness journey. In her commitment to serving others, Rhonda has also completed training in the Psychology of Grief and PTSD, recognizing the importance of addressing mental and emotional well-being alongside physical health. With her diverse background and extensive training, Rhonda is dedicated to empowering others to cultivate holistic wellness, spiritual growth, and inner peace through the practice of yoga and Pilates.
