Rhonda Vroman is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT E-RYT YACEP and C-IAYT with extensive training in Yoga Nidra and Yoga Therapy/ Yoga Body Psychology plus Integral Breath Therapy  She loves meeting clients where they are at - either in one-on-one sessions or in class or small group settings  She brings a gentle approach to her classes designed to to help students feel at ease  While she encourages experimenting with sequences and poses Rhonda is committed to offering variations of poses so accessibility is provided  She recognizes the essence of these practices as an invitation to reconnect with Source  Rhonda is always learning - from students self-study additional courses and reading - and is a life-long student of yoga including the foundational aspects of yogic philosophy Her daily practice and that which is offered to students has the underlying premise that we are all seeking that connection to Source/Presence/Self and embracing yogic disciplines helps move us in that direction To the recognition that we are whole and complete as we are  Rhonda is passionate about helping students discover the inner stillness within again and again This may include the profoundly connecting and restorative conscious based meditation called yoga Nidra She also embraces the use of  sound specifically in the form of crystal singing bowls and a planetary gong offering as part of moving us to that place where the swirl of life the vritti is no longer a distraction and rather serves as an invitation to move inward  Classes and one-on-one sessions are customized based on meeting students where they are - especially private custom and semi-private offerings.
