My Yoga journey...
began a decade ago. In the beginning it was tough! I would cringe when the yoga instructor would say that down dog was a, “resting pose.” Today, I love to practice every single chance I get. As your instructor, I like to keep things powerful and fun. I also have certifications in Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga as well as being an Ayurvedic Specialist. I look forward to sharing my practice with you. Namasté
