She has completed specialized training such as Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR), Prison Yoga Project, and Warriors at Ease. She has completed 900hrs with Phoenix Rising Yoga School for C-IAYT.Ria is a fully licensed Master’s level mental health counselor who specializes in EMDR, complex trauma healing, attachment, mindfulness, dissociation, compassion fatigue, and care for pastors, counselors, and veterans.
