Having graduated in from Mankato State University Rian Bang then attended Green Lotus Yoga and Healing Center later obtaining her RYT at the same facility in She is currently associated with the Green Lotus Yoga and Healing Center of Lakeville and The Vibrant Collective located in Waseca MN In her off time she finds the space to volunteer teaching for womens retreats as well as wildlife rescue and rehabilitation centers In her personal life Rian is a multi-faceted mother of three and has been growing through life alongside her husband since She enjoys indoor rock climbing tending to her indoor greenery making jewelry with animal bones and dance parties in the kitchen From the novice to the more advanced she is able to meet each student where they are on the mat and appreciates every opportunity to do so “Teaching you teaches me and every day is a chance to learn something new I am honored to be a part of your journey” –Rian Bang.
