I am a lover of all things yoga and would love to share it with you! I completed my 200 Hour YTT in the jungles of Costa Rica and walked away with so much more than I ever imagined.
My life was forever changed!! After an additional 300 hours of learning and well over 2000 hours of teaching, I know I will forever be a student of yoga. I'd love to meet you where you are on your journey whether new to yoga or deepening your current practice. My love for yoga runs deep, but my love for sharing it runs even deeper!
