In desperate need to find a place to feel strong and combat burn out in my career, I fell hard for yoga.
I found so much more— peace, flexibility of body and mind, and a community of people to grow alongside. I completed my 200H Yoga Teacher Training at Ember Yoga in Woodstock, GA and dedicated myself to creating a space where others can find greater self-awareness and inner peace.
