About
My journey to becoming a YACEP began in 2017 with a passion to bridge yoga with faith and the natural world to support practitioners body, mind, and soul.
The transformation over the years has taught me ways to care for my health naturally during the cycles and seasons of life. Just as we mature, our practices mature and so does our teaching. Rebranding into A Life Practice has been a transformation destination from inception. Teaching simple natural methods for seasonal inspiration our mini courses compliment any devotional practice. As a yoga teacher I offer a holistic approach including faith encouraging concepts and teachings. Approaching faith by means of storytelling old lessons told in new ways the application is simple and felt. Importantly, please note that do not adhere to any preset religion or organization,. When storytelling the focus is on the spiritual concepts of faith for encouragement. My hope is to inspire you to pause, reflect, practice during times of doubt and uncertainty. May yoga be an orientation to flow during the seasons of life.
