Rita Goggins

My yoga practice has been an ever evolving learning process that started in college with a home practice and at various studios. The draw for me has been developing my personal ability to feel better physically and mentally through yoga. My hope is to help people recognize their own ability to initiate positive change within themselves as they build and explore their yoga practice. I'm a recent graduate of the 200 hour teacher training program at Green Lotus Healing Center in MN. This experience taught me to embrace the duality of everything. As I move through postures, I love how one moment I feel smooth and flowing and the next, rooted and strong. Yoga is a personal practice that you get to tailor to your personal needs. I am thrilled to teach in New Prague and be a part of the Yoga Tree community. I look forward to meeting you soon!
