My husband and I have two dogs and two horses and love to stay active and have fun!😊I have always been passionate about fitness and nutrition and only after suffering an injury as a runner, did I turn to yoga to help heal my body. I fell in love with the practice and how much it impacted my overall wellness and decided to pursue teaching in 2015 and I have been sharing my love for yoga ever since. My husband and I relocated to Kerrville, TX from Yuma, AZ in January 2023, and I am grateful to be able to teach and share my passion for yoga and wellness with others.
