I teach a gentle vinyasa style class called "Gentle Yoga With Bob" at the Sacramento Yoga Center located in Sacramento CA My classes are one hour in length I was trained through the YogaFit program I got interested in Yoga after hurting my back I began taking classes at a Unity Church in Modesto CA in Moving to Lees Summit MO for school in I kept attending weekly yoga classes at Unity Village MO In in an effort to reduce my expanded waistline from sitting in classes for years I began attending yoga classes several times per week at the Lees Summit Recreation Center in Lees Summit MO One of the instructors encouraged me to get my yoga certification through YogaFit since that is what would be needed if I chose to teach at the center I caught the RYT bug and took classes when available In we moved back to CA and I found a studio to teach at and I love seeing those smiling beaming faces looking back after each class.
