After well over two decades of working in human services—supporting veterans individuals in recovery and those navigating the criminal justice system—I made a deeply personal and transformative shift into the world of holistic wellness and mind-body healing Today I am the proud owner of a yoga and wellness studio dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves manage stress and trauma and achieve lasting personal growth My background includes roles as a Program Manager for Veterans Senior Case Manager Probation Client Case Manager and Drug & Alcohol Prevention Coordinator This work gave me firsthand insight into the emotional and physical toll of chronic stress trauma and disconnection That insight inspired my career evolution My work is rooted in empathy diversity and a deep belief in each persons capacity to heal Im passionate about lifelong learning and guiding others toward their goals with compassion presence and purpose.
