I opened a space of wellness in January 2002 with a life-long dream of serving others and leading them to a more holistic way of living, Jane's House has been thriving since.
Led by Grace, I found my teachers, Matthew and Holly Krepps, owners of Circle Yoga Shala located in Jasper, Arkansas. I have studied with them and was certified to teach hatha yoga, using the Dynamic Yoga Method (DYM) and have been doing so since 2002, registered with the National Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500. I have accumulated thousands of hours of studies, but adhere to the intelligence of the DYM. In 2017 I received my certification from the 1000 hr program recognized as C-IAYT. My teaching has also been deeply influenced by years of study in fine arts. For me teaching is an open canvas to create innumerable experiences designed specifically for my students. I love to dance between effort and ease, so my teachings usually move between intensity and lightheartedness in a natural way. My passions for teaching led naturally to a passion for training teachers and have been doing so since 2005 both in St. Charles, Missouri and St. Thomas, VI. When I am not directing my studio and teaching, I love my time with family, pets and nature. I am on such an amazing journey and hold such deep gratitude for all of the teachers who have come before me and the support and encouragement I receive from my loving husband!
