An introduction to yoga by her sister years ago changed Robins life forever A more formal disciplined practice in the Hot Yoga tradition for many years followed where she learned the necessary skills and valuable knowledge of hard work and perseverance A series of events led her to Yoga Shakti Wellness Studio in Irvine and Huntington Beach Ca where she practiced studied and called home for years studying Yoga Philosophy with Master Jnana Nanda Bharati and delving into the more subtle aspects of yoga and the ancient tradition of Raja Yoga This intense and profound training included yoga asana pranayama mantra Sutras of Patanjali and much more She graduated with Yoga Shakti Wellness Center with their hr training becoming a mentor to graduates of the teacher training Robin graduated from Ananda Seva Meditation Center in Santa Rosa Ca She has completed her hr level teacher training Robin has completed the Internship Program with Ananda Seva Mission with her Guru and Mentor Ananda Deviika Ma She has a strong interest and emphasis in meditation and preserving the ancient traditions of yoga Robin is a registered ERYT YACEP teacher Robin has written hr hr teacher trainings and led philosophy groups as well as lead trainer in teacher trainings Vidya Yoga teacher training programs for hr and hr are proudly offered for students and teachers of yoga who are working full time or have children or other life commitments and want to learn on a more flexible time momentum Observance study and dedication are the foundation of an open and welcoming training to all who seek Please contact me for more information.
