The alignment portion of her practice is Anusara-inspired. She is the owner and instructor of Vessels of Clay Yoga & SUP Fitness! She has also studied or taken workshops with Thomas Fortel, Doug Swenson, Kino MacGregor, Ana Brett and Ravi Singh. She is one of only 3 teachers/studios outside of Arizona allowed to lead the 10-star rated Yahweh Yoga teacher trainings in her home area--the next RYT 200 training is happening on Saturdays, June 11-Aug 13, 2022! (with make-up day options, if needed) Robyn is also a certified nutrition coach. In-person or online/telephone coaching available. Certified as a Core paddlefit instructor, Robyn offers Paddlefit/SUPYoga fitness and yoga classes and private lessons.
