Dr Ronald Gilliam is a Registered Ayurveda Yoga Teacher -RYT -eRYT & RCYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with approved and active Registered Yoga Schools RYS He is also an American Council Exercise ACE certified Personal Trainer an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor and he is working toward an ACE Health Coach certification Ronald trained with Beth Shaw and Claudia Micco from the Yogafit school from to In he graduated from the advanced yoga training at Kripalu School of Yoga where he gained knowledge of incorporating Ayurveda into his practice Ronald also completed his RCYT training with YogaEd and he teaches community classes geared for children and adolescents  He is known for creating energetic and safe class environments with modifications for yogis of all levels! Ronald is interested in both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga and uses his personal practice to incorporate "present-ness" into his daily life.
