ANAHATA was born from the realization that there was a need for more spiritually based yogic communities with a strong emphasis on balancing the mind, physical, and spiritual bodies through the sound of gong, crystal bowls, pranayama, and mantra. Ronee's desire to create a yogic community for conscious connection was inspired through years of gathering tools, the extensive study and practice of Yoga and Meditation, and her desire to uplift and serve those around her. ANAHATA was born from the realization that there was a need for more spiritually based yogic communities with a strong emphasis on balancing the mind, physical, and energy bodies through the practice of yoga, the vibrations of gong and crystal bowls, meditation, pranayama, and mantra. Ronee began her journey in yoga in 2007 after having a profound experience and realizing the tremendous impact it could have on her life. Yoga was empowering, uplifting and reduced her constant low grade anxiety, opening her heart to the beauty surrounding her. Ronee is a Level 2 certified Kundalini Yoga teacher as well as a ERYT-500 through Yoga Alliance. In 2012 Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls were introduced into her consciousness and quickly became a new passion. The high vibration frequency and transformative capabilities of the crystal alchemy bowls were a perfect addition to her yoga practice and classes. Ronee began studying with sound professionals around the country with a clear intention to utilize this technology to uplift and transform herself and others in her community!
